Faren Rachels
Faren Rachels is known as a rare talent in Music City. After playing her way through every bar in her college town of Athens, the Sparta, Georgia native turned her sights on Nashville in 2012. After a few years of working endless side-gigs, Faren landed a publishing contract that saw her earn cuts Billboard called “steady, stomping [and] propulsive”. Known for making music that speaks to real-life experiences, her songs tackle themes of authenticity, resilience, and vulnerability. It’s no wonder that her work has been described as “speaking to the universal journey, and struggle, of turning dreams into reality” (American Songwriter). This approach to songwriting has landed her credits with female powerhouses such as Lainey Wilson, Priscilla Block, Mae Estes, Ashland Craft and more.
