Anthem Music Publishing Acquires a Catalog of Songs from Multi-Platinum, Grammy Nominated Songwriter And Producer Mark Holman

NASHVILLE, TN (October 1st,  2025)

Anthem Music Publishing is proud to announce the acquisition of an extensive catalog of songs from Grammy-nominated, Nashville-based songwriter and producer Mark Holman, whose genre-defying work has helped define the sound of modern country and pop music. With a gift for melody and a talent for capturing universal stories in fresh ways, Holman has penned and produced multi-platinum hits that have resonated with millions of listeners worldwide.

A native of Ewing, Illinois, Mark Holman is celebrated for blending small-town authenticity with a contemporary edge. His dynamic catalog includes No. 1 country hits such as “Single Saturday Night” by Cole Swindell, and “Simple” by Florida Georgia Line.

The acquisition includes three standout tracks from Morgan Wallen’s Dangerous: The Double Album – “Neon Eyes,” “Me On Whiskey,” and “Whatcha Think of Country Now” – further solidifying Holman’s influence on one of the biggest country records of the decade.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working directly with Mark in the past, so this feels like a full circle moment with a good friend,” said Noah Dewey, VP, Creative, at Anthem Music Publishing Nashville. “His undeniable talent shows through in every song in this catalog. Anthem is honored to be trusted with this outstanding body of work.”

“I’m really excited these songs have found a home and I’m very grateful to Noah and the Anthem team,” added Mark Holman.  “Anthem has always been a champion for music and songwriters and Noah is one of the best to do it.”

Known for his emotionally resonant, radio-ready writing, Holman remains a sought-after collaborator among country music’s biggest names. Most recently, he co-wrote three songs on Jordan Davis’s latest album, including the chart-topping “I Ain’t Sayin’.” A frequent creative partner of Davis – who is also signed to Anthem – Holman’s ongoing collaborations continue to shape the contemporary country landscape.

Holman’s versatility has made him a powerful force beyond country as well. His songwriting and production credits span a wide range of artists, including Morgan Wallen, Luke Bryan, Thomas Rhett, Blake Shelton, Post Malone, and many more. Early in his career, Holman found success in the Christian rock space with hits like “Faceless” and “Feed the Machine” from RED’s Billboard #1 album Until We Have Faces. As an artist, his work has also been featured in major media, including American Idol, The Biggest Loser, and Disney’s animated film Planes.

This catalog acquisition underscores Anthem Music Publishing’s ongoing commitment to partnering with world-class songwriters and investing in culturally impactful music that transcends genre and resonates across generations.
